Reservation Policy

• The Homestay reserves the right to admission
• The rates include a choice of Indian or Continental Breakfast
• Lunch and Dinner are charged separately and available on 5 hours prior notice
• KITCHEN TIMINGS:
  Breakfast - 8:00 am to 11:00 am
  Lunch – 12:30pm to 3:00pm
  Dinner – 7:30pm to 10:30pm
• The primary guest checking in to the Homestay must be at least 18 years of age.
• The standard check-in time is 1PM local time and the standard check-out time is 12PM local time
• A Valid Photo ID Proof of all Guests is mandatory for Check-In procedures.
• All Rooms are given out on Double Occupancy Basis
• Extra Bed Charges are Rs 1000 per extra Guest. A maximum of 2 Extra Guests are permitted in each room
• Complimentary Stay for Children below the age of 9. Each child above the age of 9 will be charged as an extra Guest
• All reservations are confirmed against online payment of 100% of the Room Tariff (where the Booking is for 1 Night OR 50% of the total booking amount where the Booking is for more than 1 Night)
• Additional Charges for Food and other Services shall be payable at Check Out
